In the next 8 months my sister wants to try to get a line of credit of $75k for her cleaning business.

She owns a residential cleaning business and is also tapping into commercial cleaning as well. She also sell cleaning supplies and is working hard to grow in both aspects of her business.

She’s been established since 2021. For the last 2.5 years she was getting cash payments from her clients via invoice. Within that time frame she never deposited money into her business checking.. she was still using her PNC personal account.

She has a business banking account with Navy Fed since 2021. And as of last month she’s been depositing all of her business earnings into this checking account and has been paying for expenses and overhead with this same account. By the time she attempts to apply for a loan or line of credit she should have 9 months worth of bank statements reflecting proof of income.

As of now she’s making about $8000 – $9000 a month from cleaning homes and she makes about $600-$1000 a month selling cleaning supplies. She is expected to grow within the next couple months and will be hiring my mom as an employee to assist her with cleaning homes.

Business was slow mid 2022 to mid 2023… and she had to pick up odd jobs in between… but since she’s been hustling and marketing herself more, she’s been killing it.

Her personal credit is 720 and she is now starting to build up her business credit.

Does this sound like an ideal candidate for a business line of credit?
