Anyone give a client a full refund because you dont want to deal with them anymore?

I have this client who came in wanting some signs. I dealt with her awhile back but only 1 other time for a $60 order. Well, she comes back wanting some signs and I designed it for her. However, whenever I would send her a proof, she would keep making additional changes adding things or wanting it differently EVERYTIME I send her an updated proof. I had enough so I told her any new changes will cost an additional $50 design fee. She refused, so I offered her a full refund because I don’t want to deal with her anymore. This is a small order so idk. Now she wants to cancel the one I kept making changes for and wants to move forward with another sign I designed for her but I’m over her. Have you guys been in a similar situation? Should I just go forward with her other order or should I stick to my guns and refuse service altogether and issue her a refund?

Edit: I decided to just go through with the order. While I don’t want to do it, I don’t want to leave a negative impact on the company. However, thank you to everyone for your response. I’ll definitely start providing policies for revision fees to avoid this issue in the future. Also, next time this customer comes back, I’m charging her an big asshole tax so I can avoid working with her. Thanks everyone! I’d still love to hear your stories as it makes me feel better.
