Basically is it normal for our customer to ask their vendors to supply prizes, treats, and vouchers for their Christmas party. no donations are going for a good cause or anything to match for charity, basically just so they can have a good time and good prizes. we are not invited or get anything in return for participating (extra jobs, Christmas card, or any favors) We are a small business and this will be the 5th time we have done this. we are a sub-trade company and have given wifi push button door locks, drills, big tool boxes, golf bags, gift baskets, and other items. but we have notice they don’t recognize our efforts just say thank you and carry on with their goodies for their Christmas celebration. I find it a bit odd. but maybe this in normal? Am I thinking too much into this?
