​Im afraid to charge my full price.

I feel like this is the till as old as time, but here it is again. I am doing calculations for a product of mine and I’m afraid to charge what it is worth. This is a gourmet product and people would generally pay more but being a small business, I can only lower my prices so much and still make a profit. I am not sure what to do. I keep trying to find ways to cut the cost, but then I keep thinking maybe I should just say screw it and charge what it’s worth. What are you guys take on this?
