Hey y’all, so I was able to take off, scored my first sale a few months ago, it wasn’t much but it was the best day in my life.

Now I have a steady pipeline and I’m getting referrals left and right.

Im a logo and brand identity designer, and now I need help. I want to hire another designer to help me.

But boy I have no idea how to do this, and what if he/she isn’t a good designer, how do i make sure he does everything I want. And what if he leaves work incomplete, starts making excuses. How will I let him go.

I know it would be really a no brainier for experienced business owners, but I never even owned a pet. I have no idea and I’m really anxious.

How do I go about it. Any advice is appreciated.
