Just a warning of what they have done to us. I wrote a check out from our personal account to deposit funds to our business account. Square claims it bounced but it didn’t. Been trying to resolve this issue for weeks now and they refuse to acknowledge the situation, they claim to escalate it but they don’t. They have spoken with the manager at our personal account and they were extremely rude to him and refused to accept the proof of payment. I have now had to file a report with the FTC. Not looking for advice; I just feel this needs to be heard by anyone accepting checks and depositing them to square. They have now lost our bussiness, and we will be switching everything.
