I’ve worked in the corporate world for the past 8 years and I am so bored and checked out. I’m a CPA.
This morning I missed a corporate breakfast event that I was supposed to go to and it just made me realize…. How little I care.
These past few months I’ve had the urge to just leave and figure it out from there. I have $150k saved up, no wife and no kids. I also have a side hustle that will bring some money in (it’s not scalable).
While not scalable, the side hustle gave me a taste of what it’s like to make money on your own. I love the hustle when there is a direct reward for it.
I’m looking at tangible businesses I can start. Bin cleaning, landscaping, detailing, appeal to me for some reason.
Were any of you in a similar situation to me at some point? Why did you do?
