I locked up my workspace late last night, sat in my car for a few minutes, and honestly just sat there in complete silence and getting take tension.
When I first started this business, I was so full of passion and excited to be my own boss. But lately, the absolute weight of making every single decision by myself has started to feel incredibly heavy. When things go wrong whether it’s a difficult client, a delayed supplier.
It’s just me, staring at a laptop, trying to figure it out. My friends and family are supportive, but unless you are actually in the trenches of running a small business, it’s really hard for outsiders to understand the unique kind of stress and isolation that comes with it.
I am very curious to know about your thoughts and ideas that how do you handle the loneliness and decision fatigue without burning out.
