My skincare page blew up after a reel went semi viral last month and now i have more enquiries than i know what to do with before this i was managing maybe 10-15 orders a month comfortably through dms. Now i have no idea who ive replied to, who I’ve quoted, who i need to follow up with or who is ready to order and just waiting on me.

I love love loveee and am grateful that the demand is there but right now it feels like the growth is going to kill the business before i can figure out how to handle it. I’m a one woman operation and i cant afford to hire anyone yet.

has anyone been through this kind of sudden jump and figured out how to get on top of it without losing customers in the process?
