I registered my LCC on LZ, the cost was not bad. Then 1 year later they charged my CC $350 for renewing as my registered statutory agent. No notice, no nothing, just a charge for $350.

Why not be transparent and let people know you’re about to charge them hundreds of dollars???

4 days after seeing the charge I spent a couple hours trying to get this cancelled and refunded, they tried to offer my different amounts to offset the cost. Finally, they said it was in their terms and conditions that they would do this and the “30 day” cancellation fee was from my original purchase A YEAR AGO! BS

I am over this company, I am cancelling my services, telling everyone I know about this, and they can go F off and try to scam other people.

You can get a registered statutory agent for like $50 in my state!

Edit: LZ reached out to me after this post and helped get the charge refunded. Very happy with their follow up.
