solo founder of a dtc skincare brand, doing maybe 400 orders a month rn. started off replying to whatsapp messages myself which was fine when volume was low but now im legit spending 3+ hours a day on it. same questions over and over, “did my order ship” “whats ur return policy” “do u have this in a bigger size” etc.

my cousin is helping part time but she messes up product info sometimes because she doesnt know the line as well as i do. also we cant see each others replies properly cause we’re just sharing my phone which is causing double replies to customers lol embarassing.

whats the actual threshold where u guys started paying for a proper whatsapp tool? feels wasteful to spend on saas at my size but also im clearly not scaling like this. dont wanna wait untill im drowning to fix it.
