I offer a service that can be booked by clients and I had someone make an inquiry the other day about wanting to book for a group.

When he asked for a discount I explained to him that the price is already discounted as the season is winding down and he responded by saying “yeah it looks that way, because your calendar is wide open”. He also said that I don’t have any recent reviews and I pointed out to him that I have not only 800 five star reviews on the very page he contacted me from, but the most recent 40 of them were from the last six weeks.

I was actually so annoyed by his attitude I blocked him.

Sometimes don’t you feel like it’s not worth dealing with people like this because you just know they’re going to be a pain in the ass if the booking goes through?
