Hey everyone,
I’m still in my late 20’s and tired of 9-5. I always dreamed of me opening my own store.
I am networking and trying to get clients (I am a partner in a social media marketing)
And I have my own vending machine business and also trying to do my own clothing brand at the moment.
Anyone just up and quit?
I live at home still (I’m blessed but have to pay rent etc.) as well as my bills.
I have almost 4k saved up.
I haven’t opened my vending machine business (need location and vending machine)
and I also want to start the clothing journey. It’s just capital.
I really want to get out of 9-5
I spent like most of my money this past year(10,000$ opening up my llc, cpa, classes, etc.) And also on my side gigs I’m trying to start. (The clothing business)
I do not want to stay in 9-5 but I have bills.
I do not have the capital and I really don’t want to have 2 more LLC’s to worry about without profit.
I’m at a lost. I spend my time after work networking, focusing on trying to save more (I want to open a vending machine location this year)
I wannt to try grants, but, I know I will have to pay someone to do it for me and I only have so much time.
How did you get away from 9-5?
How did you start your business?
Any advice you can give me?
Yes, I have heard I should focus on one side hustle at a time. However, I paid 2k for one (Social media marketing) and the other one also got shirts wholesale so I can have my friend can press the shirts for me.
I’m also getting a sketch pad (digital) to start.
I need all advice. I know I should be working on one. I want to get out. I really do and work for myself but, that isn’t an option for m at this point because, I fund everything myself out of pocket to make my dreams come true. I refuse to be a 9-5 worker for the next 40 years but, I feel like crying and the thoughts are getting to me. Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks for reading!
