I started with a very very bad social media presence, with very poor posts. I started watching all the other contractors I knew get their social media game on point and I noticed they were starting to get successful, I don’t know if that Court later or not but I started to follow suit to see what would happen. I started putting about 10 hours a week into social media posts, videos, interacting etc… And although I’ve grown my follower base quite a bit, it doesn’t necessarily to have seem to have translated into sales. I also created a website which is okay, although I never update it,. I do small landscape designs/builds and ornamental steel for the Home and garden and I do see that people are far less hesitant to buy for me now that I have a catalog of things online, which are more than just before and after pictures, I put a lot of time into making them look very good with lots of little cool details in an artsy touched everything.
I’m thinking to only spending about an hour a week on social media post and just trying to pump some okay stuff out, does anybody else feel the same way?
