I just open my poke bowl shop one month ago. Today, one walk-in customer ask if the store has restroom. I was like” unfortunately, we don’t have public bathroom.” He does not seems happy. And my instinct told me that he probably will leave a bad review on my google because I said” Happy New Year Sir” and he did not seem happy lol. And then he grabbed the to-go and left a one star review on my google that saying “ lots of toppings at the first appearance and after digging in the bowl, just white rice?”

This is my very first business. I felt very upset about the bad reviews:(

How you guys deal with these, especially mentally. Please 🙁
